Pricing

I know it can be frustrating when prices aren't clear. That's why I've decided to be as open as possible:

Call Out - £50 (this includes one hour of work)

Hourly Rate - £40 (after the initial hour)

Day Rate - £300

Any specialist materials bought for the job will be yours to pay for as well.

I am happy to quote per job or work on the clock with a time estimate.

About Me

Hi, I’m Nadav Flanagan. I’ve lived in North London for over a decade, and I genuinely love this community and the people who make it what it is. After many years working in construction, I shifted into handyman work to broaden my skills, meet more people, and find more fulfilment in my work.

I’ve always enjoyed understanding how things work—and how to fix them. Getting hands-on and solving everyday household problems is something that genuinely motivates me. While I’m not a qualified plumber or electrician, I’m happily to handle minor repairs and odd jobs without the hefty call-out fees.

I’m an honest, straightforward communicator and will always be clear about what I can and can’t take on. My goal is simple: to help you resolve issues quickly, safely, and with no fuss.

I’m currently based in Kentish Town, where I live with my girlfriend, and I look forward to working with you!
